Schneider Electric is a multinational manufacturing company with over $27b in annual revenue and 135,000 employees. The company drives digital transformation in manufacturing by integrating “world-leading process and energy technologies to realize the full efficiency and sustainability opportunities.”
Schneider Electric retained Advertas to conduct a voice-of-the-customer market analysis that would inform both their go-to-market strategy and product development plans. Several work-products resulted from the voice-of-the customer project, including a white paper that informs customers of the scope and value of their new direction and a series of blog posts that built awareness and encouraged customer engagement.

Initiatives

  • Strategy Consulting – Helped client guide their business decisions by conducting an interview-based, qualitative “Voice of the Customer” Survey on Integrated Power and Process Systems. 
  • Marketing Collateral – Developed a white paper and corresponding e-Guide: “Digital Transformation Through Integrated Process and Power”.
  • Social Media / Blog postsAssisted client in establishing thought leadership through creating content in the form of blog posts.
